Sam Bailey wins The X Factor 2013

Sam Bailey has beaten fellow finalist Nicholas McDonald to win this year's X Factor. Sam is the first "over" to win since the first series. Sam ended the show by performing her winner's single, Skyscraper. She had sung The Power of Love earlier in the show, which she previously performed in Eighties week.

X Factor Final Guest Performers Announced

Elton John, Katy Perry, The Killers, One Direction and Tom Odell will all perform at this year's X Factor live final at Wembley Arena. Elton John will join X Factor judge Gary Barlow to perform their new single Face to Face and Katy Perry will sing her latest track Unconditionally. One Direction will sing their new track Midnight Memories, while The Killers will play a variety of their hits, including Human. The X Factor Live Final will takes place on Saturday 14 and Sunday 15 December with The Killers and Tom Odell performing on Saturday, and Gary Barlow and Elton John, Katy Perry and One Direction performing on Sunday.

Tamera Foster Eliminated

Tamera Foster has left The X Factor after the sing-off with Luke Friend.

Tamera sang The Voice Within in the results show while Luke sang Run.

The judges gave both contestants 2 votes each which sent it to Deadlock, and it was revealed that Tamera had the fewest votes.

Through to next week's show - the semi final - with Luke are Rough Copy, Sam Bailey and Nicholas McDonald.

Next week Leona Lewis and Michael Bubl� will perform on the results show, and the contestants will sing Elton John and Beyonc� songs.

Jukebox theme week - Viewers to choose songs

For next week's show viewers will have a say in the songs the remaining finalists sing in a Jukebox theme. Viewers have until 9:00 PM on Monday 25th November to choose a song for each contestant, from the groups below, that will be sung on Saturday's show. Hannah Barrett was voted off The X Factor after 'Best of X Factor' week, after the sing-off with Rough Copy. The judges voted 3-1 to send Hannah home.

Next week the contestants will sing songs Viewers have chosen in a Jukebox theme.

Sam Callahan Sent Home After Week 6 Sing-Off

Sam Callahan was sent home after the Week 6 sing-off with Luke Friend. In the sing-off Luke sang U2�s I Still Haven�t Found What I�m Looking For while Sam performed Iris by The Goo Goo Dolls. The judges then voted 3-0 to send Sam home, with Luke and Sam's mentor Louis deciding to abstain from voting. The judges expressed their frustration at Sam for what they said was his best performance to date in the competition. Abi Alton is the latest contestant to be voted off X Factor after being voted-off after a sing-off with Hannah Barrett. Abi sang Ed Sheeran's 'Lego House' in the sing-off while Hannah sang Miley Cyrus' 'Wrecking Ball'. When it came to the judges to decide who should be eliminated Nicole abstained from voting, while the other three judges selected Abi to go home.
